Teaser Tuesday (April 12th)

teaser-tuesday

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly meme, hosted by MizB of Books And A Beat. Anyone can play along, just do the following:

• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
• BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Here’s mine for this week. This crime thriller has received a lot of hype since its release in January, and I am loving it so far!

Snow was seeping into his already-wet trainers and despite his jacket, the cold was spreading around his ribs. He was ashamed to realised that he actually felt scared. He needed to find his way out of here.

Good to hear you are enjoying The Girl In The Ice so far! It’s one of my next reads. 🙂 The teaser definitely sounds good…

  4. I have this on my reading soon list. I loved Robert Bryndza’s Coco Pinchard series so I’m interested to see what he does with a different genre.

  5. A gripping teaser – and a fabulously chilly cover… I hope you enjoy reading it. Thank you for swinging by earlier:)

  6. Wow – quite the intense teaser! Sounds like a fantastic read – hope you enjoy it!
